If you don't see a tour that fits all your wants and budget, we can create an experience just for you. It could be for one day or your whole trip. Tell us what you want and we will make it happen. The fee will be taken off your final price and is nonrefundable if you choose to not take the tour with us.
General Booking Policy
Booking Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations made 3 or more days before the tour date: eligible for a full refund or credit towards another tour. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: no refund will be issued. No-shows on the day of the tour are non-refundable. Rescheduling Guests may request to reschedule their tour at least 72 hours before departure, subject to availability. Rescheduling within 72 hours is not guaranteed and will be treated as a late cancellation. Weather & Operator Cancellations In the event that Princess Tours Jamaica must cancel due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, guests will receive the option of a full refund or reschedule. Safety is our top priority, and tours may be adjusted if conditions require.
